You may have already seen this, as it has been featured on all sorts of beautiful sites. So, I thought, why not one more. Plus, you never know, there may be a bit I have here, that you haven't yet seen. All of these lovely pictures are of Peacock Pavilions from My Marrakesh. I love everything about it. Everything.
The author (Maryam) really gives you a feel for the details of Marrakesh. The sights, smells, and sounds really come across loud and clear. It makes me yearn to be there to hear/feel all of those things with my own senses. If I had the money and the time, and well, the money (did I already say that?) I would go and visit in an instant. I may never leave. Good lord, just the textiles alone would be worth it! I don't know how I would get it all home!
So, there you have it. A beautiful place to visit...even if only in pictures. Enjoy.
