Check out this amazing 5x7 cowhide patchwork rug that my faaaabulous client found at TJ Maxx, for ... wait for it... $200. She texted me these pics and I was like, "buy it, buy it, buy it!!!" If you don't want it, I DO! I think it will be finding it's way into her dining room...OR maybe my bedroom if I get lucky. Had to share....because, well, look at it. Wow!
See some other cowhide patchwork rugs here for MUCH more or here are some other options ( a couple of them are even for the budget minded) ...but, sorry, I couldn't find any for $200.

There are quite a few out there, and I am a real fan of this version of cowhide rugs! What wonderful texture and pattern it provides! What about you...are you loving this take on this classic look?

What a find is right!!! And I love love that last herringbone one- want one just like it for under my kitchen table, though that might be a disaster with small kids and food- we'll see. Love though. Happy Valentine's! xo
love the herringbone. A friend just bought a tiled version where the pattern--the part that's usually brown-- was made metallic silver! Gorgeous, but not budget-minded in the least.
i am jealous of that beautiful rug. I would put in my living room and swap out the shag dust monster we have right now.

There is nothing classic or tasteful at all about an animal hide rug. A living creature who didn't want to die suffered for that rug to grace your floor.
