What I'm Up To
Here are a few things that have been found and purchased in the last week for a couple of clients I am working with right now. I have to say, I'm pretty freakin' ecstatic about them. The Asian buffet above is going to be painted a glossy dark peacock blue. I used the color on a chair a while back and was thrilled with it. This baby is really going to be good lookin' when it's all said and done.
Below, is a vintage marble and brass/chrome coffee table. It is really beautiful. In all honesty, I will be a little sad to drop it off at it's new owners house, instead of bringing it home to my living room, but, I know they will enjoy it just as much, and it will add immensely to the overall design.
Last is this fantastic, vintage Hollywood Regency bench. It will be her new vanity stool (the vanity itself will be revealed in the next week.) The details are truly yummy, and when it is reupholstered in the white faux-croc (one of my favs) it will be killer. Am I right?
So there is what I've been up to. Can't wait to share the finished pieces/spaces with you.

I'm loving the idea of the stool with croc. That will look awesome! What peacock blue paint are you using? I'm looking for one for a dresser.
Can I come intern for you? You just simply rock!!!
Oh my goodness... I adore every single piece and love your plans! Peacock blue and faux croc..yes please!
It all sounds fab! Cant wait for the pics xx
Faux croc and peacock blue...perfection - can't wait to see the "afters"!!
The marble top coffee table is so nice. Perhaps I should look for one in my area.
