Who knew Barnes and Noble had such neat home decor. Not me. I mean, don't get me wrong...it's not very extensive...but, what they do have is not something I've found elsewhere. How did I come to know that B & N carried anything other than books? I got a gift certificate for them for my b-day, and while browsing the site, I stumbled upon a home/gift section that had some very unique and interesting things. I ended up ordering this 1739 map of Paris, originally created by Michel tienne Turgot, cartographer to the court of Louis XV. Sooo excited to get it!
Take a look at some of the other neat things they have. Honestly, I was really impressed. The 1879 map of Manhattan was pretty tempting as well! Especially since the Hubster has an affinity for maps. But, I thought one would be enough, and the feminine side of me voted for romantic Paris! Le Sigh!

LOVE the Paris map ~ so cool! Will definitely consider buying the Manhattan map. Thanks for the idea! :)
I had no idea they sold this sort of stuff either! I am kinda digging that flip clock.
